Dear Dad and Kelly,
We will be meeting with the the realtor next week on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. bright and early. The mortgage broker assures us with her help we should find and be living in a new home at the end of summer! I want both of you to relax and any day now we'll be in a home again!
Here area few tips for our upcoming phone calls: 1. Don't ask EVERYTIME, if we've talked to the realtor today. 2. Don't ask if I've found a house yet EVERYTIME we talk. 3. Love me even though I'm picky and the hurricanes have ruined the market and all the cute homes!
I know it's difficult for you guys to accept that we are living in a scary apartment that's only a notch up from a trailer park...lol...but think of the money we'll be putting into the new home. The hurricane was a blessing! Every month when I pay my rent on this crap hole, I put a huge chunk away in the "Pottery Barn" fund! Here I come PB!! New furniture for all! So, in conclusion, if you guys can play nice and be patient, I'll make sure the guest bedroom is jazzed up in cute cottage motif where you guys can vacay!
