Life School Musical

Braeden was in our church musical this weekend...Life School Musical! He was great! We enjoyed watching him pull his pants up more then the actual performance. Look how high they got!
Ava's class did a quick song before the musical started. I think her group will be performing this May.
We had a struggle with pant sizes and tucking or not tucking...

He really got in to all the hand moves and singing...but no smile the entire time!

The Pajama Party was the opening act!

Cocker Spaniel pig tails!

Two Words....AWE SOME!!!

Wednesday I went to Tallahassee to visit my dad and see Elton John. I was very excited about the children seeing Grandpers and because Michael couldn't take off, I brought along a sitter. Jessie is amazing and deserves an entire separate blog singing her praises.
I'm exhausted today due to driving to Tallahassee, noticing my sitter was allergic to cats, going to the concert, deciding to drive home the same night and then hanging out on the side of I-10 at 2:00 a.m. with a blow out! I'll force myself to share more on the show and wild trip later...enjoy the photos for now. (all photos were taken with my cell phone because I didn't charge my camera batteries!!)

Elton John was the best show I've ever seen!! HE is a legend and ultimate ROCK STAR!!!

We met my dad at his favorite Ittalian place for pizza! He gave the kids the necklaces they're wearing and they were huge hits!! Braeden got a wooden peace sign and Ava got a Hello Kitty charm.

ELTON JOHN!!!!

Right in the center of this picture you can see two teenage girls dancing in a lit walway. We enjoyed watching them dance almost as much as we enjoyed EJ.

The "bitch is back"!

Mia "Ava" Hamm

We start practice Friday and our first game is next week!!

Easter Baskets

Easter Baskets...first Barbie!

Crush

Each week at Ava's school one child is allowed to bring home the classroom mascot, Crush, the turtle. You have to document the stay and bring in a poster of some sort when you return Crush. I've been preparing for this all year...buying stickers, paper and planning activities for us to do with Crush. She had a blast and I stayed up until midnight trying to out shine the other moms.

I succeeded.

My sweet babies!

I'm behind on my posting...deal with it...

A few weeks ago my children came home from my grandmother's house with a "treat for mom". They had filled up an empty valentine's chocolate box with candy. It was sweet.
