dirty fingers
This morning AvaGrace had a dirty smudge on her fingers. She wanted me to look at it and tell her what it was...apparently, at 3, you can't wash your hands unless you know what you're washing off. It looked like she had marker on her finger or maybe she touched something dirty on the van. When I couldn't identify it properly, Ava informed she "must have gotten a little bit of crazy" on her finger. I cracked up...
God love her, she has more then a "little bit" of crazy coming her way! Damn genetics!

elves
A few days ago I ordered AvaGrace an "Enchanted Princess Phone Call", where you have a disney princess call your child for different occasions. I knew Cinderella was calling to tell her goodnight at 8:01...to pass time, but keep her near me, we played some disney princess games on the laptop. When we got to Snow White I said something like, "look...Snow White and her Seven Dwarfs"...Ava was hot mad...she turned to me and yelled, "Mom! They are elves not DORKS!" I almost pissed myself...bless her heart! She thought I was calling them "the seven dorks!"
